3. Course Registration and Payment

3.1 Course Registration

To register for our courses, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. Registration is subject to availability and may be closed at any time.

3.2 Payment Terms

All course fees are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified during the registration process.

3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Course cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the course start date to be eligible for a full refund minus a €150 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another course date subject to availability. CyprusPM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses; in such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another course date or receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership

All Content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, videos, documents, and software, is owned by CyprusPM or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CyprusPM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or Content without our explicit written permission.

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our Services or Content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Content;
• Modify, adapt, or hack our Services or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with CyprusPM;

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYPRUSPM, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyprusPM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of our Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (iv) your conduct in connection with our Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre. The arbitration shall take place in Nicosia, Cyprus, and shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms to which you agree when using particular elements of our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyprusPM regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
