CyprusPM was founded in 2018 by a group of program management professionals who recognized a growing need for specialized training in the Cyprus market. With the island's strategic position as a business hub between Europe, Asia, and Africa, we saw an opportunity to establish a center of excellence for program management education.
What began as a small training initiative has grown into Cyprus's premier program management education provider, serving hundreds of professionals from various industries across the region. With over 20 years of program management experience across financial services and technology sectors, Alexandrovich has led transformational programs for Fortune 500 companies before founding CyprusPM.
Sophianistan Croatistan
Director of Education
Sophianistan oversees our curriculum development and teaching methodologies. With a background in organizational change management and executive education, she ensures our courses deliver both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Demetriano Mavritania
Senior Instructor
Demetriano specializes in enterprise program governance and strategic alignment. His 18+ years of experience in financial services and technology sectors includes leading digital transformation programs across Europe and the Middle East.

Executive Program Advisor
Eliashstan brings exceptional strategic vision to our executive training programs. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and experience as a Chief Transformation Officer, he advises on our curriculum strategy and teaches in our Enterprise Program Management course.
Lydiastan Constantavia
Program Management Instructor
Lydiastan specializes in stakeholder management and program communications. Her 12+ years of experience spans healthcare, retail, and public sector program delivery. She leads our entry-level program management courses.
Christinia Demetruvia
Operations Director
Christinia manages all operational aspects of CyprusPM, ensuring exceptional learning experiences for all participants. With a background in organizational operations and customer experience, she ensures seamless coordination between our instructors, facilities, and learners.
Our Journey
From a small training provider to Cyprus's leading program management education center, explore our growth story.
2018: Foundation
CyprusPM was founded by Alexandros Nikolaou with a vision to bring world-class program management education to Cyprus. We launched our first course with 15 participants from 5 different companies.
2019: Expansion
We expanded our course offerings to include Advanced Program Management and developed partnerships with several major companies in Cyprus. Our team grew to include Sophia and Lydia as full-time instructors.
2021: Digital Transformation
During the global pandemic, we adapted by developing our online learning platform, enabling professionals across the region to access our courses remotely. This transformation expanded our reach beyond Cyprus to professionals across the Mediterranean.
2023: Enterprise Focus
We introduced our Enterprise Program Management certification for senior leaders, bringing Dr. Elias Kyriakides and Demetrios Mavromatis to our team to develop and deliver this executive-level program.
2025: Regional Leadership
Today, CyprusPM has trained over 500 professionals from more than 80 organizations. We've established ourselves as the leading program management education provider in Cyprus and are expanding our presence across the Eastern Mediterranean region.
